The hotel's location was noisy and crowded, not reflecting a 5-star experience. However, the service was excellent despite challenging times. The breakfast was generous but had some issues like eggs and bacon running out. The facilities were basic yet satisfactory.

The hotel's location next to the beach and close to a concert venue was great. The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern although in need of a makeover. The service was accommodating and friendly. The dining experience was good with healthy food choices but had a queue for toasting bread. The hotel's facilities were satisfactory.

The hotel offers rooms with all expected amenities like complimentary water bottles, a hair dryer, ironing board, and toiletries. However, the rooms should be furnished with a small table for room service requests.
